The Corporate Social Responsibility Network Zimbabwe Executive Director, Willard Razawo was honoured with an Honorary award in recognition of his immense contributions to Zimbabwe in the business realm at the just ended Midlands Province Business Leaders Summit. The business leaders Summit which attracted reputed speakers from Nigeria and Trinidad & Tobago was the first to be hosted in the City of Gweru.
Receiving the award, Willard Razawo said, it was as honour to be recognised and a good sign to show that the efforts of the CSR Network Zimbabwe in championing issues to do with sustainability are not going unnoticed.
Some of the recipients of the same award included Megafest Holdings CEO, Dr. P.T Matsika, Dr Enrico Sibanda and Dr Divine Ndhlukula ZNCC immediate past President.
Meanwhile the CSR Network has postponed the hosting of the 2019 International Responsible Business Summit from end of this month to September 4-6 in Nyanga.
The CSRNZ is also happy that it has opened entries to the 2019 Responsible Business & CSR Awards. All interested companies can send summaries of their CSR Initiatives to admin@csrnetworkzimbabwe.co.zw. Companies and individuals can also nominate other companies and individuals whom they feel has been investing towards CSR.
