Gloria Ndoro-Mkombachoto is a public intellectual and banker who has established herself as a business leader through founding of Global Business Assignment Inc, in 2001 and co-founding Sustainwise Strategies PLC, in 2024.
In these roles, she has provided strategic consulting across entrepreneurship and private sector development, ESG and financial education for a diverse client base that includes Seed Co Africa, Seed Co Zimbabwe, Hwange Colliery, RBZ/CGC, Standard Bank of South Africa’s Home Loans division, as well as international organizations that include, the IFC/World Bank, UNDP, USAID, Danida, CIDA, and the Kellogg Foundation.
Beyond consulting, Gloria is an active writer and entrepreneur in the property and lifestyle sectors, reinforcing her broad portfolio as a public thinker and business leader. She currently serves as Chair of NetOne Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd.
