Fidelia Gandiya is a Certified Sustainability and Finance Professional. She has extensive experience in Finance, Sustainability Management, and Environmental, Social, and Governance Reporting across government, energy, industry, education, and development sectors. She is currently a leading sustainability specialist, advising senior management on ESG strategy, practices, and reporting. She brings substantial strategic leadership experience, having successfully led diverse teams, driven significant revenue growth, implemented innovative solutions to complex problems, and led ESG strategy, implementation, and reporting, while serving as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager (Sustainability), and Finance Director across organizations and countries.
She holds a Master’s in Business Finance from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia, and a Bachelor of Business Studies Honors from the University of Zimbabwe, as well as Associate membership of the Chartered Governance Institute.
