ESG Network Zimbabwe annual sustainability master class ended on a high note in Kariba last Friday with over 40 participants drawn from 15 companies undergoing a gruesome and intensive two-day training. At the end participants acquired a solid grasp of sustainability trends & developments and were trained to be ready to become in-house sustainability and Inclusive Business champions. All participants were also presented with Certificates of Competency by ESGNZ at the end of the Masterclass.
This year’s master was held under the, Theme: “Sustainability in Action: Nurturing Responsible Leaders for a Better Future”
This annual Autumn School is a unique educational program designed to strengthen the understanding & application of ESG/CSR practices among participants as well as to equip them with knowledge and practical skills needed to make a meaningful impact in the world of sustainable business.
During this school, participants also learnt from practical examples of companies and organizations that have successfully integrated sustainability innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in their work.
