SUMMARY:2023 CSR Autumn School
DESCRIPTION:CSR Network Zimbabwe will be hosting the 3rd annual Autumn School with the objective of providing participants with a practical introduction to the concept of CSR and what are the benefits of CSR to a business. \nThe school is anticipated to nurture and enable participants to gain skills and build knowledge that will ultimately enable them to contribute towards integrating Inclusive Business approaches in their organisations and to benefit Zimbabwe at large. Additionally\, this workshop emphasizes the significance of innovative social and sustainable approaches\, particularly as it relates to how organisations can adapt to rapid changes economic environments. \nIdeal participants may have duties or roles in: \n\nCSR/Sustainability\nGovernance and Risk Management\nHuman Resources; Marketing/Communications/PR; Supply Chain/Logistics\nHealth and Safety; Environment\nQuality; Operations\nCorporate Philanthropy/Foundations\nCompanies Board of Directors and top management\n\nBenefits \n\nAt the end participants will acquire a solid grasp of sustainability trends & developments\, a quick scan of the most important standards and inspiring case studies;\nUnderstand what Inclusive Business means for your company or organization and have a clear idea on the relevant issues to work on and how to activate the right stakeholders and achieve the desired impact;\nReady to become an in-house sustainability and Inclusive Business champion and you have the tools to make positive change happen!\nCSRNZ will award participants with a Certificate of Competence.\nPerhaps one of the most exciting aspects of our courses is learning and interaction with other busy executives.
