Prosper Mutswiri is a seasoned Certified ESG practitioner, marketing strategist and telecommunications executive with two decades of senior leadership across the energy, telecoms, and marketing sectors. He combines corporate delivery at ZESA Holdings’ telecoms arm — Powertel Communications — with academic lecturing at the ZESA National Training Centre, ESG Consultancy and board service for theMarketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ), Zimbabwe Institute of Strategic Thinking (ZIST), Kyle College.
He is a menber of the ESG Institute, Sustainability & ESG Africa Conference, ESG Business Institute and ESG Network of Zimbabwe. His research and consultancy focus on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) integration, customer experience, digital transformation and rural connectivity. He a 5-time award winner on ground breaking ESG researches, Marketing leadership and telecoms innovation. Amongst many accolades, he was recently recognized as the Exceptional ESG and Marketing Champion Leader of the year by Marketers Association Zimbabwe (MAZ) and Best ESG researcher of the year by ESG Network Zimbabwe.
