One of the facilitators for the upcoming CSR Autumn School is Mr. Charles Msipa.
He is the Managing Director of Schweppes Zimbabwe Ltd (SZL) since 2006. SZL manufactures and distributes beverages in Zimbabwe and regional markets under license from The Coca-Cola Company.
Charles trained as a lawyer but after a brief career in legal practice he ventured into commerce in 1992 and has worked in a variety of functional roles in the beverages industry for The Coca-Cola Company in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and USA and joined Schweppes Zimbabwe Limited in 2005.
Charles serves as Chairman of the Business Council for Sustainable Development Zimbabwe (BCSDZ) and of PET Recycling Company of Zimbabwe and is a non-executive director of several corporate entities.
He holds Bachelor of Law (BL), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Master of Laws (LL.M) and Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations degrees. He is married to Mercy Msipa and they have 2 children.
