The CSR Network Zimbabwe is inviting companies to send their CSR personal to attend the 2021 CSRNZ winter school set for May in Kariba. The winter school will run from the 5th to the 8th of May. Business organisations need to step out of their offices and provide support to communities from which they generate their revenues. In fact, business organisations that prosper sustainably do so by doing good to the communities that they deal with.
Following a brief survey by CSRNZ, responses from stakeholders indicated a great need for:
- CSR Training,
- CSR Seminars,
- Networking,
- CSR Programme Implementation, and
- Executive Engagement, amongst a few others.
This highly interactive and intensive CSRNZ Kariba Winter School will cover all these issues and more.
Led by experts in the CSR field, the CSRNZ Kariba Winter School will provide participants with a deep understanding of CSR issues including how to get top executive buy-in, how to work with stakeholders, generating revenue and increasing profits through CSR initiatives, CSR as a brand promotion initiative and how to develop CSR policies. The CSRNZ Kariba Winter School, pregnant with practical sessions, case studies and real-life scenarios, is designed to enable delegates to return to their workstations equipped with the requisite skills to aptly engage in CSR activities in their respective organisations and communities.

NB: This School is run once per year and is the only professional led and endorsed CSR School.
